Travel Business In Abilene In 2013

Can you believe another year has come and almost gone!!!  Here lately it seems like these years are flying by. .. and looking back on this year in the travel business, it has been another wild and crazy experience. . . but really, what else is new?!!

I got out of coaching and teaching and into the travel business because I enjoyed dealing with people, and the constant variety of tasks that are part of both coaching and the travel business.  And for over 37 years in this business, I have not been disappointed regarding the daily variety and changes in this industry.  If you don’t like to deal with change, then you would need to look elsewhere for employment.

The travel business here in Abilene and throughout the U. S. has been pretty slow the past 3 months, but this is also a very hopeful business, always planning for the next trip, so we are hopeful that the “worm will turn: and we’ll see folks willing to part with some of that money they have “ratholed” this year by not traveling and decide to head out somewhere in 2014. . .and we’re hopeful that they will allow the travel specialist at The Travel Factory to help them with their plans.
