We hear more objections to flying to a destination than just about anything else involved in making vacation or travel arrangements. Most of the frustration has to do with the accommodations on the airplane and having to deal with inconsiderate folks who sit in front of you or in some cases next to you. Of course, we generally can't do anything about that except endure it for several hours.

One thing I think we all could do something about is dressing up our attitude about going through the process of taking a trip on an airplane. By that I mean look at the positives of the experience. For sure, if you are wanting to get from A to B, it's usually always quicker to do it by air. Also, everyone is exposed to the security procedures, so be thankful for that.

The security procedures have recently been given a bad rap, justifiably so, but I think since the security snafu during the Memorial Day around the nation, the Transportation Security Administration has paid close attention to procedures and hired more personnel, and things are getting better from what I hear from our travelers and from my own personal experience.
